Nature of the Product

All devCon products are digital, intangible goods. They are licensed, not sold. No physical item, media or source code ownership is transferred with a purchase.digital, intangible goods. Delivery via Cfx.re Keymaster

Products are delivered through the official Cfx.re Keymaster system and bound to the Cfx.re account provided at checkout. Delivery is deemed complete once the asset is linked to that account, which usually happens within minutes after successful payment.

Tebex as Merchant of Record

All transactions are processed by Tebex Limited (United Kingdom) acting as Merchant of Record. Tebex is the contractual seller of the product and is responsible for: payment processing, fraud screening, invoicing, VAT/sales tax collection and remittance, legally required consumer notices, refund handling, chargeback management and all consumer-protection obligations. The Tebex Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to every checkout and prevail over devCon terms in matters of payment, invoicing and statutory consumer rights. License Grant

Upon successful payment devCon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased asset on one (1) FiveM server operated under the Cfx.re account used at checkout. Protected Source Code

Products are protected by the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system. Server and client logic is encrypted and not human-readable. Configuration files, locale strings, framework bridges and NUI assets remain openly editable so you can adapt the product to your server without ever touching the protected core.

Strict Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this agreement:

• Reselling, renting, sublicensing or otherwise commercially exploiting the asset
• Publishing, leaking or sharing the asset - in whole or in part - publicly or privately
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, deobfuscating or bypassing the Cfx.re Asset Escrow protection
• Using the asset in products, services or servers operated by third parties without an additional license
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices, branding or internal tracking mechanisms

Right of Withdrawal - Express Waiver

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately and in a non-physical form, your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (§ 356 para. 5 BGB / Art. 16(m) CRD) expires the moment delivery begins. By placing your order through Tebex you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses upon delivery. Refund Policy & Process

All sales are final once delivery has begun. Refund requests must be opened directly with Tebex through your Tebex order confirmation email or the Tebex customer portal - Tebex is the payee and the only party technically able to issue a refund. devCon may, at its sole discretion and upon Tebex's authorization, approve refunds in exceptional cases - e.g. a provable delivery failure persisting longer than 48 hours and not caused by the customer - provided the asset has not been redeemed on the Cfx.re account. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks are processed through Tebex and the acquiring bank. Unjustified chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue via Tebex support bypass the intended dispute-resolution process and cause considerable administrative cost on both sides. Any chargeback reported to devCon by Tebex triggers an immediate block of all linked Cfx.re and Tebex customer accounts until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued by Tebex and/or devCon to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Support Scope

We provide technical support for our products on a clean ESX Legacy or QBCore base running on a maintained FXServer artifact. Support covers bug reports, installation guidance and clarification of intended behavior.

Outside of Support Scope

The following explicitly fall outside our support scope:

• Modified, private or unofficial framework forks
• Conflicts with third-party or free-to-find resources
• General Linux/Windows server administration
• Feature requests, custom edits or UI redesigns

Warranty for Defects

We warrant that our products materially perform the functions described on the product page at the time of purchase. Verified defects will be corrected within a reasonable period through updates. This warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects.

Service Discontinuation

Should devCon discontinue operations, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Already delivered assets will remain available on your Cfx.re account for as long as Cfx.re Keymaster continues to operate. No refunds or compensation can be claimed for future updates or support that become unavailable.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for leaking, piracy, account sharing, fraud and every circumvention of our license. Violations lead to immediate license revocation without refund and - depending on severity - to civil damage claims and criminal prosecution.

Account Sharing

Selling, sharing, loaning or otherwise transferring your Cfx.re account - or the devCon products linked to it - to a third party is prohibited. Every Cfx.re account is personal and the sole rightful holder of the license.

Evasion of Sanctions

Creating secondary accounts to circumvent a ban, redeem limited offers twice or purchase after a chargeback is prohibited. We match payment fingerprints, IP ranges and Cfx.re identifiers to detect circumvention.

Server & Customer Blacklisting

We reserve the right to block servers or customers who repeatedly or severely violate these Terms. Blacklisted servers will no longer be able to load our products even where a valid license exists; affected licenses will not be transferred.
